This 30 minute class can stand alone or be combined with Practice #1 (seated Gentle Yoga class) or Pranayama with Betsy & Ozzie. Class begins standing and emphasizes full body movement and breath, moves on to balance, belly down back bends, a gentle inversion, and ends with savasana. A moderate challenge designed for all levels.
