This class is a little slower, a little gentler, and more yin than usual. You will hold many of the seated poses for longer than we typically do. The slower pace and more time in postures allows for deeper stretches and opening of tight areas. You may feel easing of muscle tightness in the upper thoracic, inner and outer shoulder blades, along the upper spine, and side body from hip to armpit. A really delicious class.
